Handwritten note disappeared as iPad tried to sync with Mac

It's already second time that a handwritten note that I created on iPad disappears after I try to open it on Mac:

Create a note in Notes on iPad.
Open Notes on Mac.
Wait for the notes to sync.

Expected behaviour: the new note appears on Mac.

Actual behaviour: the new note disappears from iPad and does not appear on Mac.

I checked synchronisation settings, iCloud for Notes is enabled on both devices.

I checked "Recently Deleted" my note is not there.

Handwritten on iPad means you are using an Apple Pencil with iPadOS 14.0 or later and converting handwriting to text. There is no Apple pencil support, or handwriting recognition with the Notes application on macOS, and that may be the issue you are encountering as the syncrhonization process cannot complete. Why it is removing that Note on iPadOS is an unknown issue.

Do typed (exclude handwriting recognition/Apple pencil) Notes on the iPad synchronize correctly with macOS Notes?
