I have airpods gen 3s and if I have my volume any higher then 4 ticks everyone can hear my audio like I have 2 public speakers just blasting music for everyone stuck in my ears. And those times when you need to pump your music everyone can hear your muisc but you. I have airpods gen 3s, please help

It almost sounds like the microphone and speaker functions of the AirPods are reversed. Try resetting them:
