CODA doesn’t seem to be available through Apple TV+ for the Finland region at this time.

Instead, in Finland, the movie is available as iTunes Store movie for buy or rent through Vendome Pictures/Pathé Films.

Unfortunately, this movie was already licensed by select distributors for some regions, before Apple bought it for Apple TV+ for remaining regions. Such is the mess of international distribution rights sometimes.

Apple TV+ is a subscription streaming service. There is a monthly fee for that and if you are subscribed then all of the Apple TV+ content is free to stream.

Apple TV+ is not something that has owners. Are you referring to the Apple TV hardware device? If so, you would still need a subscription to see Apple TV+ content. Also see: Apple TV+ - Apple
