Unable to 'activate' my Podcast Connect account

I'm trying to start a new podcast, and created a new Apple ID to go with it. I've taken all the steps to activate my Podcast Connect account, but it still says I need to activate my account before I can log in. I've tried logging in via iTunes, but it goes in an endless loop or says there is an unknown error. I've added my billing information to my Apple ID, but I still get an error message every time. Does anyone know how to contact Apple Podcasts to get it sorted out?
