At every reboot and power-on, the below pop-up window appears. It's been happening for years. I just upgraded from a 2010 Mac Pro (High Sierra) to a Mac Studio (Monterey) today, and i continue to receive this pop-up message. Can anyone explain why?
It's part of the Apache manual. I don't know why it would open. Have you checked your Login Items in Users & Groups system preferences to see if it is somehow set to be opened?
Press the shift key while launching Safari so it does not load its last execution state. Clear all of its History, and the Cache — which removes all cookies and Cache items, then quit Safari. Relaunch it normally. Does the URI to the Apache manual reappear?
