My phone will connect to Wi-Fi for a second and the it disconnects and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, but it will still say that I’m connected to the network.

  1. Reboot the Wi-Fi Router. Simply turn OFF the Wi-Fi Router by disconnecting power for more than 40 seconds and then plug it back in to power. Wait about 5 minutes and then check to see whether that resolves the issue. If this does not resolve the issue, then:
  2. Reset the network settings on your iPhone. Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ Transfer & Reset ➡️ Reset ➡️ Reset Network Settings: Once this action has been completed, then you may have to re-enter your Wi-Fi Network password(s).
