Missing “Add Cellular Plan Option” on my iPhone 12 Pro (Single Sim + E
I have the same issue I can’t see the option to add cellular plan , it was showing before

The Cellular Data options sections is provisioned usually by the carrier.
If you haven't already, try restarting your iPhone and attempting to view the options again.
Otherwise, the best thing to do is reach out to your carrier to verify if they provisioned you eSIM to be used with them.
