I have just started trying to figure out how to create a ringtone in GarageBand. Can any one tell me what i did to get 34 items on the icon? I’ve done nothing but the ringtone attempt. Please see my photo attached. Also, where are these 34 items, i opened Garage Band and do not see these items.

You may be seeing the alerts because there are new Loop Packs to install.
Have you checked for new loops? Tap the Loop Browser icon in GarageBand, then the Apple Loops tab. You may be seeing an offer to download more loops.
