Ringtones

I recently downloaded a ringtone - it doesn't show up under my Ringtones under Sounds and Haptics...

I've followed some of the answers offered by clicking on Download Recent Purchases, but that too doesn't work...

Feels weird to pay money for a ringtone and then not be able to use it?

What is the fix?
