Ringtone purchase issue. Not able to download. Not showing in list of recent downloads.

If I have pressed ‘done’ at the time of ringtone purchase, instead of ‘set as ringtone’, how/ from where do I download it later? It’s not showing in ‘download all recently purchased tones’… Though, I have received the receipt from apple, and money had been deducted/payment made. Thanks.
