earbuds case are not charging

first, try forgetting the device:

>Under settings in „Bluetooth“, find your AirPods or Earbuds and click the little (i) on the right

>Scroll down until you see „Disconnect“. Click that

>Once disconnected, click „Forget Device“

>Now try to charge them

If that did not help, try to reset your AirPods or earbuds. Apple has provided a step-by-step guide that shows you how:
