how do i turn on Face ID ?

I bought a new phone and the Face ID doesn’t work how do I fix it? Someone help pls.

Try a Hard Reset:

Press volume up (quickly)
Press volume down (quickly)
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears

If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️
