Cant add cards with apple pay (Sandbox)

Hello! Currently im attempting to test a integration with apple pay (sandbox) but I cant manage to get it work. Any time that I attempt to add a card it responds with "Apple Pay has been disabled because the security settings of this Mac were modified." Already unckeck/check the "Install system data files and security updated", did all the stuff to use the Apple Security chip T2 enable full securty etc etc... and still wont work.

Im using United State region and the sandbox user indicates that has apple pay enabled

Please help me with this

Hey qanielGG,

We understand you're not able to add cards for use with Apple Pay and continuing to get an error "Could Not Set Up Apple Pay" due to your current security settings on your Mac.

Great job trying to resolve this by unchecking and checking back "Install system data files and security updates" under System Preferences > Software Update > Advanced.

If that didn't help out though, we'd suggest doing a reinstall of macOS to ensure all your system files and settings are in good shape. For help with doing so, check out: How to reinstall macOS

Prior to doing the reinstall, it's always suggested to have a backup, however unless you wipe your hard drive prior to the reinstall, all your data should stay intact.

If your issue persists afterward, it'd be best to get in contact with our Apple Pay support team at the following link: Get Support

Take care!
