In Apple Mail, when creating rules, is there a way for that rule to only apply to one mailbox?
Can I ether make that rule apply to only one mailbox, or can I use the mailbox location of the mail in a rule condition?

AFAIK - User Created Rules will apply to all configured e-mail account within the Apple Mail Application.

Also rules only apply to messages in the Inbox. If a rule first moves them to another mailbox following rules won't apply to them.
