ipad os15.4 fetch email issue

Hi,

I have iPad is 15.4 installed on an IPad Air 4 and iPad mini. On both devices Mail is not being fetched unless I open the app. I can resolve the issue by powering down the device and restarting, the emails then come through as normal for about 24 hours then the issue starts again. Emails on my push iCloud account are working fine. As anyone else got this issue and how is it resolved?

Hello,

I personally don’t think I have this issue, but I also check my mail too often and don’t get much mail. But checkout the info below and let me know if it doesn’t help:

Check Mail Fetch and Notification settings

Go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts.
Tap Fetch New Data.
Choose a setting — like Automatically or Manually — or choose a schedule for how often the Mail app fetches data.
