Hi there, I was just doing some research online when I got a pop-up saying that my phone had been hacked, and I have 50 second before they publish everything. It said I had to click on this link and out of stress I did, and it redirected me to the Apple Store to some certain app I can't remember. I have been stress out about it and don't know what to do.
All such messages are scams presented by criminals.
Close the offending page and avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
Never download anything based on a popup message.

No, it is in no way an indicator of the phone being hacked. It is simply one of thousands of bogus messages presented on the internet.
Read through the user tip posted above for other examples.
I changed my Apple ID password, but I don't know if that's enough.
I didn't download the app, but I did click on the link which redirected me to the app. I was wondering if my phone could have gotten hacked?

If you entered your Apple ID password on the bogus Apple support screen changing it, if you did it quickly, is enough. If you didn’t enter it on the page then it wasn’t necessary to change it, but it does no harm.
