Why does my keyboard seem to be connected to an external keyboard like “Magic”

The minimum voice is built in to the phone for each language. Most also have an enhanced voice that must be downloaded. But you need a basic voice to get started in every language that is supported, or a speaker of that language would not be able to understand anything.

I don’t understand what you are asking about the keyboard. Where do you see a “magic” keyboard? And what is your issue about downloading a keyboard? The default keyboard is based on the region you selected in language & region.

Those are the available voices for Spoken Content, when you want the phone to read displayed contents to you. It is an accessibility feature for users with impaired vision.

Why do you say that and what do the screen shots have to do with it?
