not showing photos

I cant see the photos I send in messenger chat or see the photos people send to me. It was working yesterday but not today. I have a iphone 12 .

Can any one help please

First try powering the iPhone off and back on again. If you still need help, see the troubleshooting steps here, If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support

If those steps do not help, then contact Facebook support, as Messenger is not an Apple app.
