Other people bind my card to their apple pay

I just received a notice from the bank that my card was set up with Apple Pay, which was not my decision, which means someone binded my card to hes Apple Pay.. is there any way to cancel that?

You should report the fraudulent activity to your bank. This is not a problem that can be resolved by Apple.

Just noticed a similar situation which may relate to your problem. If the notice was similar to the example in Received a message from “Apple Pay” it was possibly a spam message and should be ignored without interacting with any links.
