Apple Music

I'm getting an error when trying to play songs on the music app on my iphone 12. "Cannon Open - This content is not authorized." All of my songs are purchased through itunes. I have signed out and back in with my apple id. I have the latest ios on my phone. I made sure the itunes app on my laptop is the current version. I don't know why this is happening.
