how do I set up a Bluetooth printer on iMac . It was easy with my iPhone 13 but there's no app available in the App Store for iMac?

Refer to your printer manufacturer's manual. You might even get some comments here if you tell us which printer you have.

Your printer is probably also Wi-Fi capable if that is a better option.
