My Apple ID is not working.

I forgot my apple id and mail id password. When i Called apple support they told me that, at first I have o recover my mail password. I then called my mail provider. They recovered my password and now I need help with my apple id. Please help to recover my apple id.

Need support Apple Id I have an Apple account that I haven't used for a long time and I have forgotten the password and my old phone number. Now I only have my Gmail account left. Is there any way to recover the account
