Having issues with my iPhone 7 plus

My iPhone 7 Plus when I call some or they call me we can’t hear each other at all and the speaker is completely greyed out and also I can’t record voice note on my apps when I hold onto the microphone it doesn’t count the seconds it just hangs there and this morning it recorded but it was producing strange noises like when you beat a drum

can't call people on my phone Whenever I call somebody the call goes through but their is no sound that i can hear and the person i am calling can't hear me, whenever i film something and talk there is no sound i can hear and when i go to voice memos it sais their is no audio device detected. Even when plugging in headphones it makes no difference. i can still watch youtube and spotify with sound.

iPhone 7 speaker/phone calls not working The other day while I was on a call, the speaker made a really loud noise in my ear and stopped working. Now any time I try to call someone or receive someone's calls they can't hear me and I can't hear them. My phone will also not allow me to call anyone on speakerphone. It also won't allow me to listen to voicemails. Any advice on why this is happening or what to do? I dropped my phone a couple of weeks ago and the screen cracked so I'm wondering if this is somehow related but the speaker only stopped working three days ago so I'm not sure.

You should get the phone diagnosed by visiting an Authorised Apple Service Provider next to your place, or by contacting Apple Support.
