How to rename folders in photos app?

How do you rename the folders within the photos app? It’s easy to find information on how to rename albums. My folder has 15 albums with 15-20 pictures in each album. I don’t want to re-create the folder just to be able to rename it. Thanks!

iPhone 12, iOS 15

You can rename folders while viewing the Albums - tap "Edit".

While the albums and folders are showing the red "forbidden" sign in the upper left corner, you can tap the name of a folder or album, and when an insertion mark appears you can edit the name of the folder. This will work for nested folders inside other folders.
