Do i have to buy a new watch in order to get cellular service on it?

If your Watch has a red line on the Digital Crown it has a cellular radio. If it does not there is no way to physically add one, you would need to buy a new one with GPS+Cellular.

Okay my question is if i jus gave gps on my watch what do i need to do to get cellular also?

You cannot get cellular on a GPS only watch.
