i had faced a few moments ago a very bad and unexpected issue faced from the side of apple. i didnt purchase any item so far from apple but i lost some amount (Qr -219.99 and Qr 36.99 ) so please let me know how i lose that amount from my acc

i have charged Qr 36.99 and QR 219.99 without any info from my account. could you please tell me how i lost the money. even though i have checked all my acounts and i didnt subscribe any kind of paid application. this is the first time happening to me without any prior notification. i havent made any payment so let me know its done by some fraud or anyone. please refund my amount even though i am out of money in my account otherwise i wll loose my account too..please do the needful.
