I'm trying to backup my WhatsApp to my iCloud but it says I'm not signed in. I read everywhere to go under Settings > iCloud and to turn on WhatsApp but it doesn't even show me the WhatsApp icon under the iCloud section. What do I do? How can I transfer my WhatsApp to my new iphone? And why is the app not showing under iCloud? Thanks!
I already went there and it wasn't helpful. I know the steps to take but I'm not able to even turn WhatsApp on under my iCloud because it's not showing there. I see it under my new iphone but my old iphone does not have WhatsApp showing under iCloud for me to turn it on and then do the backup.

Then contact Whatsapp since you're using their app.
