My apple ID was hacked

My apple ID was hacked and my security question changed. Can't change the question because now all I see is a question in Chinese. How can I get the language changed back to English? There is nothing on the page that says language preference.

I can’t get any further in the sign in process to change anything because it asks me to answer security questions in a language I can’t read .. Apple says theirs nothing they can do. They can’t reset security questions .. just an fyi if yours gets hacked also. That was my case number if anyone at Apple can help and not just recommend me reading a security article. 🤷🏾‍♂️. Security Questions My account was hacked and whoever hacked it setup my security questions in Chinese. When I try to reset my questions thru the support prompts, it asks me to answer one question to get them reset, and since I did not set them up and they are in Chinese, I cannot answer any of them. Any tips on how I can get them reset?
