How to change the phone number attach to my Apple ID?
I need to deregister two of my phones. I no longer have them. I only use ***. How do I deregister the other two

Deregister iMessage on your iPhone or online
you can also sign into https://appleid.apple.com and in the security section you can remove the trusted numbers
Make sure you have at least one additional number that belongs to a friend or relative.
