We understand that you'd like to confirm an email address that you used with Hide My Email.
On your Mac, you can go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Apple ID, then click iCloud in the sidebar. Choose Options next to Hide My Email and you'll see a list of website types and the email addresses that were used on those websites so that you can verify the email address when requested.
