Airdrop in my iPhone doesn’t send anything but just receive

This is indicating that there is no user that is configured for receiving any content from you. There has to be an Apple device close by, it has to have AirDrop configured, and they have to have chosen to receive content from someone. See this for the setup of AirDrop.
