Can I use my iPhone if the screen is cracked and has orange dots on the top?

I had dropped my iPhone and the screen is cracked a little bit and now it’s like orange-ish looking dots on the top of it is it still okay for me to use it?

You already asked this once. So long as you don’t cut yourself you can use it but at some point it will probably fail.
