so the top right corner of my phone doesn’t work and I can’t hit next to agree to terms and conditions on the apple store so I don’t know what to do

If that didn’t help, then try a Hard Reset:
- Press volume up (quickly)
- Press volume down (quickly)
- Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears
