Apple tv picture is off center. No way B to control it. Other streams are fine.

Thanks for your post to Apple Support Communities. Let's start with resetting your Apple TV, then also make sure the tvOS is fully updated. Those steps will often help resolve many issues.
First, open Settings on your Apple TV. Go to System > Reset, then select Reset and Update.
Once it completes and restarts, test the picture again. Reply back with how it goes.
