is there an adapter to go from male usb to usb-c that can transmit video as well
connecting I phone 13 with usb-c to usb a via adapter. Is there an adapter to transmit video as well as charging?

I hope that this is what you meant. This is Apple‘s Lightning to Digital AV Adapter. Plug in an HDMI Cable into the adapter and the other end into a TV or Monitor and you have video. The Adapter has a Lightning port which you can use to charge your iPhone at the same time.
