I cant restore my iphone 7 in itunes, its updated. Now I am getting an error 4045. Please help

Please help. My iphone wont turn on. When I connect it to charger it shows support.apple.com/iphone/help. Then when I connect it to itunes, its not restoring. I already erased this device from my apple id using my other iphone. Now I dont know what to do.
