I forgot my screen time password and don't know what it is

Start here If you have forgotten your Screen Time passcode – Apple Support (UK)
However if you did not use your Apple Id when setting the password you will have no other option than to wipe the phone and not restore a backup. Move your data and photos to somewhere safe first.
