Forgotten Screen time passcode

I want to enable inapp purchases & have tried signing into my screen time but can’t remember my passcode. I’ve tried changing it but I can’t remember the password of the Apple ID I used to create it. It was all so long ago! How do I change the screen time passcode so I can enable purchases?

iPhone SE, iOS 14

If you have forgotten your Screen Time passcode

Use this link to reset your passcode If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support

If you are unable to reset Screen Time passcode from the this-> link then, you will need a computer. If you don't have one, borrow from a friend.

I've tried every way possible but still cant override the screentime passcode. Would it work if i restored my phone to factory settings?
