WRONG DATE after file transfer in external hdd via MacOS Monterey using Image Capture

How do you transfer files (photos and videos) from your iPhone using MacOS Monterey to an external hard drive without changing the DATE CREATED/original dates of the files? I've already tried:

-IMAGE CAPTURE - I clicked the download button and it changed the original date to date today or current date.

-FINDER - it doesn't show the photos and videos so I can't do it manually too.
