I understand that now apple works with Haas Alerts, is there a way that Maps avoids high risk areas like Waze does in Israel?.

iPad shows my location as Jalisco MX Often both the Weather Channel ap and Google Maps show my location as the coast of Mexico. I’m in Vermont and have never been anywhere close to Jalisco. My forecast defaults to Mexico, and when I use Google Maps to find a hotel or campground in New Hampshire it shows the route from Mexico and the cost in Pesos. I’ve deleted both apps and reinstalled, even tried a different weather app, but the problem persists. Is there a global setting for location on the iPad? I don’t have these issues on my iPhone or MacBook Pro

How to report a problem with Apple Maps? There is an issue with Apple Maps which I wish to report. Apple Support advises to open Maps and select 'Report an Issue'. I am at a loss as to where this feature of Maps is hidden!? I have looked everywhere! Basically it refuses to allow me to travel from Dublin Port directly you Holyhead by ferry. In stead I need to take a ferry from Larne to Stranraer then drive through Scotland, England and Wales! I prefer Apple Maps to Google Maps as in the past it has proven to be more accurate. But. Google Maps gets me from Dublin to Holyhead with no trouble at all! Also. International Boarders are tens of kilometres out of place! [Re-Titled by Moderator]
