Video quality lower in iCloud?

Is it possible to adjust settings so, that original quality of videos made with 13Pro camera, remain?

Video stream quality on icloud.com Hi all, I seen similar questions asked years ago but not much recently, so her it is. I have several 1080p, 2.7k and 4k videos uploaded to icloud photos from my iPhone, drone etc., but when I look at them in a web browser on icloud.com the quality is really really poor. When I download them, then the full resolution is there. It is not a connection issue, I have experienced this issue in multiple locations including home (1Gb connection) and office(strong network connection). Is there a setting that I am missing? Surely we can't be limited to something like 480p for web hosted video in 2021? i can stream Youtube in 4k with no problem. Cheers

Video quality drop When I edit video in Original Photos app it drops its quality (It happens with any video) Here is raw video that is 4k and 180 mb When i save it unedited to files it stays 180 mb Now i edit the video in Photos ( the edit itself is not important and can be as minor as possible) And save Edited video to the files AND here i get 24 mb video The length is the same and it is still 4K but the bitrate goes so low that it looks more like 420p now SAme result will all videous , Shot on Iphone or Not How does that happen and why?

iCloud Inconsistent Frame Rate at Full Res Download “KEEP ORIGINALS” As I am currently 48+ hours into my 256GB iPhone 8 Plus back up with my paid 2TB icloud storage I went online to review the quality of my videos on my iPad and downloaded a handful of files to test out the “Keep Originals” option in full res. It appears the video quality is great and in 4K but the frame rate seems to be bouncing from 20-60 FPS rarely staying at 60 FPS for more than a couple seconds at a time... Being a multimedia specialist this is very frustrating as I expected the file to be transferred fully in 60 FPS keeping its original format, frame rate and quality. Is anyone else having this problem? I haven’t the time to fix the frame rate on 1000s of videos.
