monterey 12.3.1 finder problem

Updated to 12.3.1 and Finder does not show attached hard drives. Checked Preferences and they are checked off in sidebar list. Running iMac 24" M1 2021

Disconnect the external drives and restart the 24" M1 iMac.

Then reconnect the external drives one at a time.

Check the Finder sidebar and Disk Utility.


Is the Locations arrow turned down?
