I just bought this iPad in February and now it only charges with my MacBook charger .. i bought a new charger because it thought it was the charger but it’s not. I won’t charge with the one i just bought.

Since your iPad is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device+charger+cable inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Your signature says you own iPad Pro 10.5". That specific iPad has not been sold since 2018. Are you sure that is the device you have? Does it have a home button or does it use Face ID?
