I have a personal iPhone X and a business iPhone 13 Pro. I don't want to completely disconnect them from each other for the sake of using Find My iPhone function on one iPhone to find the other iPhone. But..........
I don't want text messages shared between my 2 iPhones.......nor do I want any personal Notes that I create on my iPhone X to be shared on my iPhone 13 Pro.
How can I accomplish this? Is this type of customization possible?

The best way is to have 2 separate AppleIDs.
However there’s no “easy” way to “divide” the services and purchases.
A viable method might be to create a new AppleID for one of the two functions.
Then, setup a “Family” … with the “pre-existing” account being the “Organizer” who then shares to the “new” account.

Additional advice: If you set up Family Sharing use the personal phone as the “family organizer”, so if you decide to change jobs in the future you don’t lose access to the Family Sharing organizer function.
