You should be able to find the right items without knowing the language via the icons and the menu orders

Helpful but I had to "count down' the items to select as I could not read the Japanese characters. I eventually found the right ones and have returned to English . I also encountered similar problem with Mail where the language is set separately. Its easy if you can read the characters!
