Printing problems with MacBook Air and HP and Sibelius ver 2022

This combination will not print the clef symbol correctly. I fills in the empty areas. Has anybody encountered anything like this?

I can not reach anybody at Avid or HP. Apple has tried to help me but did not solve it.

If Apple can't help that tends to indicate it's not an Apple problem.

Keep trying Avid and HP, sooner or later they will answer. Maybe try email, a chat session if available or check and see if there are alternate phone numbers and email addresses.
