IOS 15.4.1 software update notification

I updated my iphone to ios 15.4.1. Upon rebooting, there was a notification stating that the iphone was updated. The issue that I am having is that I can not clear the notification screen. When I press the OK button on the notification nothing happens. The phone is frozen

Force restart the iPhone as follows:

Press and quickly release the volume up button
Press and quickly release the volume down button
Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears
