My computer is stuck in kernel panic mode. Did a diagnostic test and came back with no errors. Did a reset and shutdown but when it starts up it gets frozen on the apple loading bar screen. It won’t go past that point. Help please.

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if the laptop will finish booting without a Kernel Panic. If this works, then most likely you have some sort of software issue.
Make sure to disconnect all external devices in case one of them is causing a problem.
