iPad Failed to backup automatically

iPad (model A1893). has failed to backup to iCloud automatically (plugged in and locked)

Recently changed broadband provider (its now fibre super fast). Message says network too weak to complete. I last backed up at relatives network as suggested successfully 2 weeks ago.

iPhone has backed up ok.

Any ideas?
