I have just rried updating my iphone 13 pro max from 15.4 to 15.4.1. I always update via my pc and never usually have any issues. All went well until the iphone was doing the final restart and it was almost done then just stopped so now i cannot finish the update or restart the phone. I had no internet issue with my pc, no cable disconnection or anything that would interfere with the update. I have done my hubbys same type phone immediately after this issue without any problems. I have tried to enter into recovery mode but no success. Can anyone advise what to do

Hi Didenno,

Here are a couple articles you can follow for what to do when you can't update your iPhone:

If you see an Apple logo and progress bar on your iPhone, review Apple logo with progress bar after updating or restoring iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

If not, you can put the iPhone in recovery mode by following If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch.

Hope this helps!

Have a good day.
